Through real estate sales, Noah Avery was able to save close to 50% of his gross income for over half a decade. That surplus was invested in limited partner real estate deals. He learned many lessons on being a giver in business from his father. In addition, he found a love of books his sophomore year of college while attending Lewis and Clark college in Portland Oregon. We do like interest only loans for the added cash flow, but when this period ends, we get an added bonus of paying down the loan as we hold the asset.
